In Southlake, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across Texas on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.

Hours are published for 2 days a week. The most common schedule is 4:30–9 PM. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Southlake is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Traffic in Southlake peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The small Bar is so much fun to hang at while waiting for pizza! Gerry did a great job with our amazing drinks (I had a Tito’s gimlet not pictured) and then he put on a show with a gas-filled bubble…delightful. The pizza is NY style pizza pies (and incredibly delicious)!

Been to the other Delucca location once before, and first time to this one. The other location has a nicer β€œambiance” I’d say. Now, originally I was planning 3 stars because it took forever for a host to appear to seat us, and clearly making a reservation doesn’t really mean anything. Then it took a while for the pizzas to come around to us. HOWEVER, the redemptive 4th star came because of the staff. Waiters obviously play multiple roles throughout the restaurant, and we were remarking how they seem to see something and just do it without instruction. We were asked multiple times if there was a certain pizza we were looking for. And through the business of cutting pizzas and such, several made the effort to wish us a good night. Overall a good staff experience. Oh and the food hit the spot for sure!

We celebrated my son’s 13th birthday at Delucca Pizza in Southlake, and overall it was a really enjoyable experience. The concept is fantastic β€” the continuous tableside pizza service keeps things lively and fun, especially for a celebration. The staff, for the most part, were attentive and kept things moving smoothly. That said, a few servers could have been more engaged β€” some didn’t really make eye contact while serving, which took away slightly from the experience. A big shoutout to the standout team members β€” Alex, Arleth, and Anslin β€” who were absolutely amazing. They were warm, smiling, and genuinely attentive, making sure we were well taken care of throughout. Coming to the food β€” the pizza flavors were solid across the board, and the bisque was rich and flavorful. The real standouts for us were the Thai Chicken, Chicken Tikka, and the Mushroom pizzas β€” all packed with great taste. The meatballs were also perfectly spiced and definitely worth trying. Overall, a great place for celebrations with a unique concept, good food, and some great staff. A 'may come again' place.

We dined at Delucca Gaucho in Southlake last week for their AYCE pizza dinner and had a fantastic experience. Tanner was our main server, and he did an excellent job. He was very attentive and made sure we got to try everything we were interested in from the menu. He consistently checked in and kept the experience flowing smoothly. Pablo was also wonderfulβ€”he was bringing around the pizzas and made sure we didn’t miss any varieties. Both of them worked as a great team and made our dinner fun and enjoyable. Outstanding service all around. We’ll definitely be back!

I was greeted immediately upon entry. Rae had great customer service and was also our bartender. We sat at the bar area. The bar area is small compared to their other locations. We only came for happy hour which is from 4:30-6p. On this visit I can’t speak on the pizza. I started with the Raspberry lemon drop which was really good! Rae filled it up to the rim. We also shared Wagyu beef empanadas and Spinach & artichoke dip. The appetizers were okay, the spinach dip wasn't what I thought it would be. It was heavy on the spinach, with very little cheese. I could hardly taste the artichoke. The drinks were good but the appetizers didn’t catch my attention. The happy hour prices are reasonable, which makes it for a great night out with friends or just coming right after work. The HH drinks and bar service would bring me back.
